A few short years ago, I was in your shoes.
I lived in the northeast and was ready to get out! I decided to move to the state with sunny skies and beach vibes...and to be closer to my kids and grandkids. I settled in The Villages because it's close to many Florida attractions and metro areas, including Tampa, Orlando, and Ocala. Plus, I loved the community's active lifestyle.
I quickly fell in love with the area and became a licensed Florida Realtor®, so I could help others make their dream of moving to Florida a reality.
I learned early on that buying a home in The Villages is a lot different than buying a home in other Florida communities. I shared my experiences on my YouTube channel, and the rest is history. When I'm not helping people move to Florida, you can find me on the pickleball court, enjoying The Villages' other amenities, or spending time with my grandkids.
