Meet Robyn
Welcome! I’m Robyn.
From the Northeast to the Sunshine State: My Journey to The Villages.
I grew up in Orange County, New York, but after spending years in the northeast, I was ready for a change. I decided to move to the state with sunny skies and beach vibes to be closer to my kids and grandkids. In August 2019, I settled in The Villages, FL, drawn by its active lifestyle and proximity to popular attractions and metro areas like Tampa, Orlando, and Ocala.
I quickly fell in love with the area and became a licensed Florida Realtor®, so I could help others make their dreams of moving to Florida a reality. I learned early on that buying a home in The Villages is quite different from other Florida communities, and I shared my experiences on my YouTube channel, which opened up a new chapter in my career.
When I’m not assisting people in their home search, you can find me on the pickleball court, enjoying the various amenities The Villages has to offer, or spending quality time with my grandkids.

It was the best location for me to live between both of my children who already called Florida home. The Villages is located almost in the middle of both children. Now I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else.

Yes, I do! Solo travel allows me the opportunity to get out and explore on my schedule. Many of my friends still work full-time and we cannot get away at the same time. My first solo trip was at the age of 18.

Absolutely! As a Realtor® I have the opportunity to meet great people, many I still call friends, and get to check out cool, interesting, and weird homes :) As a YouTuber, I get to share my adventures in Real Estate and Travel with the world. It’s almost too much fun to call work.

Nope! I’m sure there are a few strange happenings in the community but we have over 150,000 residents….there are always a few bad apples.

Yes, I do. You must act cautiously whether you are in another state, country, or backyard. When I travel, I plan my days in advance, become familiar with the area prior to travel, always make sure my cell phone is charged, and I touch base with friends and family.

There are so many places I have enjoyed visiting for different reasons. If I had to choose one destination it would be Aruba. My family owned a timeshare there for years. I have so many awesome memories it will always be my favorite.
