Top of the list but a very close tie with Velvet Taco and Pharmacy Burger…
The Stillery- Stopped in after a tour of the Johnny Cash Musuem. All of the food coming out of the kitchen looked outstanding. I ordered the Hot Chicken Pizza. WOW. Give them a try Midtown or Broadway
Velvet Taco- I stopped in at the Assembly Food Hall location and was seduced by their unique taco cominations. I am all about unique and interesting preparations of food. My choices were Korean Fried Rice and Cuban Pig Taco. Delish
Pharmacy Burger- Spent some time in the beer garden during my last day in Nashville. Had a few hours to kill before heading to the airport. The burger and fries were AMAZING. Check out the video so see my choice.
Butchertown Hall- located in Germantown section of town close to my Air BnB. Cool vibe and food. You had me a brisket anything but brisket taco and I’m in. The queso dip seeming to be the popular dish but I was too fun to try that too.
Hattie B’s- I ordred the Dirty Chicken Fries, mild style. They were prepared with chicken thighs topped with pimento mac & cheese, yes seriously, on top of a bed of crinkle cut fries and pickles. Not bad but I can’t believe I’m going to say this beause my sister, brother and I always bust my mother’s chops about using too much salt but…..it needed salt. Donut Distillery- East Nashville Location- I enjoy sweets but am more of a salt, fry kinda girl than cake but you cannot pass up this experience. Donut and Cocktail Pairing.
