I moved to Florida in August 2019 after spending 27 years living in Pennsylvania (about an hour and a half north of Philadelphia). I grew up in Orange County, New York, and have lived in Alabama and even Hawaii! 

However, Florida has been my favorite place to live (and it's not just because my two children and grandchildren are here). The sky is big, and everyone always seems happy—the weather is fantastic, too! I chose The Villages, FL, because it offers me an active adult lifestyle while being centrally located to my children, who live outside of Orlando and Tampa.
