Robyn is the managing partner at Sagra Bistro in Hellertown.PA as well as a personal chef for many families in the Lehigh Valley. Robyn started her entrepreneurial career by making and selling cheesecake from the kitchen of her parent’s Italian home where food was a passion, a passion that has remained with her throughout her career.
Additionally, Robyn is an experienced and engaging motivational speaker and trainer. She has helped many start-ups and established businesses find and develop their online and offline identity.

More about Robyn Cavallaro
Mother– to two amazing children Savannah and Sam. I also added a son-in-law to the family on July 19, 2014. Savannah and Jonathan live in Florida, as well as my son Sam.
Daughter– my parents Sam and Kathy Cavallaro did a pretty good job of raising me and provided me with a great childhood that has made me the woman I am today.
Sister- I am the oldest of three. I have a sister Jacquelyn and a brother Christopher.
Consultant/Coach– love giving people advice. Need some? Just ask.
Entrepreneur– I have made money making and selling food since I was 16. Food is my passion.
Chef & Caterer– well that pretty much says it all. I am a good cook, can organize a kitchen, staff, and logistically plan and execute events from 20-1500.
Motivational Speaker– love telling people my story and want to inspire them to make this life and an amazing journey
National Television Appearance- in 2004 I masterminded an event called with Crew Chef Challenge, a cooking competition for the NASCAR team chefs. I was interviewed and appeared on the Speed Channel and also TNT and NBC. Dreamed up this idea in my very own kitchen and got myself on national television…not too bad. Published Author– My cookbook “Taste of Victory” is a collection of recipes from the chefs that competed in the 2004 Crew Chef Challenge, race fans worldwide and many of my personal favorites. The book is licensed by NASCAR and through sales have donated to many organizations like Victory Junction Gang Camp, Hurricane Katrina Relief and The Red Cross.
